Deep Space Settlement is a complex space strategy game that combines elements of classic 4X strategy genre and popular RTS. Is responsible for the creation of the Canadian studio Escape Velocity, founded by experienced industry Stéphanie Rancourt.
The story takes us into a future where humanity frantically looking for new, suitable for colonization of planets. Commanding a fleet of colonization, we find a place that seems to be an ideal to live. The planet has the right conditions for life, is rich in resources, and at the same uninhabited by any hostile species. Our task will be the establishment of the first space colony and develop it to the level of a true galactic empire.
